The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, ideally located with great beach access. While the dining options could be improved, the well-maintained pool area adds to the pleasant stay. Good value for money overall.
I was delighted when the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the sea and a private shared pool. The rooms were up to the high standards of Iberostar, making our stay truly enjoyable. Although the initial room would have overlooked the car park, the upgrade made a huge difference.
The hotel had a few pros, like a great location and very accommodating service, but also a couple of cons, such as cleanliness issues and some noise disturbances. The overall experience was mixed but leaning more towards the positive side.
